Offr ("we", "us", "our") is a subscription software service that lets freelance designers create and share design-grade proposals. By using Offr, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Offr offers two paid plans: Basic at $29 CAD/month and Pro at $79 CAD/month. An Early Access plan is available at $15 CAD/month for qualifying users.
All plans include a 14-day free trial. Your card is not charged until the trial ends. After the trial, billing is monthly and auto-renews until you cancel.
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then.
We do not issue refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, your access continues until the period ends. See our Refund Policy for cases where a refund may apply.
You may use Offr only for lawful purposes. You may not use Offr to create or distribute illegal content, infringe third-party intellectual property, send unsolicited commercial messages (spam), or resell access to the platform.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions without notice.
You own everything you create in Offr — proposal text, client information, uploaded assets. You grant us a limited licence to store and display your content solely to operate the service.
You are responsible for ensuring the content you submit complies with applicable law and does not infringe third-party rights.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Offr is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The service is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uptime, fitness for purpose, or error-free operation.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Offr after that date means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Quebec.
