Refund Policy

Last updated: June 12, 2026

The Short Version

All plans start with a 14-day free trial — no charge until day 15. If you decide Offr isn't for you within 7 days of your first payment, and you haven't sent any proposals, we'll refund you in full. After that, no prorated refunds.

1. Free Trial

Every Offr subscription (Basic and Pro) begins with a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged anything during this period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you owe nothing.

After 14 days, your subscription activates and your card is charged for the first month.

2. Refund Window

If you are charged for the first time and decide Offr is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 7 days of that first charge, provided you have not sent any proposals to clients.

To get a refund: email malik.cloutier@videotron.qc.ca with your account email and "Refund request" in the subject line. We process refunds within 5 business days.

3. No Prorated Refunds

Once the first month has passed, we do not issue prorated refunds for unused time. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period.

This applies to both the Basic ($29/mo) and Pro ($79/mo) plans.

4. Exceptions

We'll consider refunds outside the standard window for:

— A duplicate charge (billing error on our end)
— A service outage that made Offr unusable for more than 48 consecutive hours

In these cases, email us with the details and we'll review within 5 business days.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Questions

Email malik.cloutier@videotron.qc.ca — we aim to reply within one business day.
